I would like to raise a formal complaint against my visit to subway#66976 today 12/10/21 and I was in the shop from 01:00 PM to 01:14 PM. I have attached the images for reference and they did not provide the bill for my purchase (Bill Amount - 340 Rs, Tandoori C.Tikka Signature Wrap and Chicken Strip Snack Wrap). My narrative is provided below for reference.
First of all I was very disappointed today with the way the owner of subway#66976 dealt with my concern. I make purchase from this store almost on a daily basis, apart from that I have been a regular customer of subway for a very long time.
Whenever they serve meat like Tandoori Chicken Tikka, Chicken Strip etc which ever needs to be served with scoop, they never provide the correct portion. When I asked them why are they not provided 1 leveled scoop for a 6 inch sandwich they replied saying only 60 grams will be provided for a 6 inch/ snack wrap. From what I have seen in most subways for a 6 Inch sandwich 1 leveled scoop of meat will be provided for the Tandoori Chicken Tikka, Chicken Strip etc. I am good as long as the 60 grams is meat is provided as they claim.
Today I purchased a tandoori chicken tikka signature wrap and chicken strip snack wrap, for both of these purchased food items they didn't provide the correct quantity of meat. The meat was provided for my wraps with being weighed when I asked them why is it served less and they were saying its the correct quantity. The owner of the store was there and she pitched and said the meat will be weighted and what is given for you is correct and i asked her why don't they have weight machine for me see how much meat is weighed for my sandwich she replied back saying we can have the weight machine in front of the customer and it felt very dodgy. When I told her I have been buying subway for a very long and I can say straight up that this is not weighed correct she was saying even I have had subways all around the world with a very rude tone.
Anyway I came back home and I weighed the chicken strips from the snack wrap and I was right they didn't provide me with 60 grams of meat. The meat provided in the snack wrap was around 57 grams. I know its just 3 grams of difference but for me its a loss since I buy subways on a daily basis.
Hope subway team will take appropriate action to address this issue once and for all.
