I have flights scheduled for 3 weeks time, the airline have changed my flights to arrive in Calgary at 8:04PM and depart Calgary at 10:15AM on the same day. As these flights are physically impossible and myself and my children are unable to be in two places at once, I requested a full refund. They will only offer me a partial refund leaving me out of pocket £555. I offered to change my arrival city and/or departure date and was told there are no comparable flights. I booked a flight with Spirit to FLL from Austin, and due to the extreme winter weather we got on the third week of February 2021, I could not drive to the airport and even less since I live in San Antonio. I requested a full refund due to these conditions, and they stick to their speech, that they will give me a voucher. Since Spirit doesn't flight from San Antonio, I insisted that it won't work for me, so please give me a refund, with no changes on their response. Also, it was a very expensive one-way non-stop ticket, almost $400. Went in with my boyfriends 2 corgi's, 1 short and 1 long hair. Everything seemed fine but the very next morning the long hair we had clipped to be short hair like the other had what seemed like dry red skin. I just brushed it off as irritation to the grooming and in a few days it would clear up. But it didn't she itched and scratched and chewed at her underside. So set up a vet appointment that took a week and the vet said it's a staphyloccus infection Then I called petsmart to see what they would do and they asked me what I was looking for to happen and I said at least the money back for our dog that got the skin infection. Said they would get back to me by Monday or Tuesday and they did, b

always delay always canceling, always lying can't even organize the employees to lie in our face right. they'll tell you every excuse on the book and still not answer your question! or help you in any single way.they are definitely the worst and i flight a lot!! texas has one of the worst staff members!
never in my life have i had so many issues with an airline. may god help you if you loose your loagagge. and also sometimes they seem to cancel on purpose so you got to pay out of your pocket after waiting for hours of delay
This was the worst😠We arrived but no one to tell us which cabin was ours or where the key to get in was. Made a call and of course had to sit in the car waiting for a call back. When we finally got in the place Stunk, wifi kept kicking us off, TV didn't work, made a phone call and still have not received a call back. Towels we're moldy smelling and damp, swing on porch was busted, slept 1st night in the loft and woke with bug bites, 2nd night slept on the single bed on the 1st floor and woke with more bugs bites!😡This was a total waste of $200. #bugbites #beware #stinky #arizona #katiescozycabins #neveragain
